Empowered by God and His Word

Our vision is to raise global spiritual leaders who are influential not only in UBF, but in other churches, and the society. We would like to foster spiritual and influential global leaders, whom through spiritual education and training will grow to be an influential figure for the spiritual revival of Europe and the whole world.

NECESSITY

1. Education plays a huge role in growth and the vision of the new generation.

2. Protecting the new generation from the influences of humanism and postmodernism.

3. The need not only the spiritual discipline, but the discipline as a member of a society.

• Faith (insight and values): faith in God is the foundation of life. (“Go back to the Bible!”)
• Identity: identity as a people belonging to God and global leaders. (1 Peter 2:9)
• Vision: God’s vision toward me and my people. Understanding the importance of inheriting and passing down the spiritual legacy.

Basic strategy of Active Integration:

- 2^nd gens and shepherds need help equally.
- Priority: Have clear priority whether children or mission come first.
- It is the Holy Spirit who does the work. But the 2^nd gens need help in following the guidance of the Holy Spirit: God’s word, spiritual value system, spiritual training
